You have the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any time. When you decide to cancel, there are a few things you should know about what happens to your challenges:
Creation and Publishing: Unfortunately, once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have the ability to create and publish any new challenges.
Disabling and Unpublishing: All the active challenges that you currently have will be automatically disabled and unpublished. This means that no new participants can join or interact with these challenges.
Generation and Regeneration Buttons: After canceling your subscription, the generation and regeneration buttons will no longer be available.
Analytics and Data Files: Although you won't have access to certain features, such as creating new challenges, you will still retain access to Analytics. This means you can continue to analyze the performance and engagement levels of your challenges. Additionally, you will still be able to download .csv files.
Viewing Challenges and Content: Despite canceling your subscription, you will still be able to view all your challenges and the generated content. This allows you to revisit the content and track the progress of your previous challenges.
