Meiro is an AI-powered builder for quizzes, tests, and text games. Our platform allows users to create interactive content such as tests, quizzes, and text games with ease. We aim to provide an all-in-one platform for impactful content that educates, entertains, and engages audiences.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 10-day free trial for users to experience the features and benefits of Meiro without any commitment.

3. Payment Plans

We offer four distinct payment plans:

  • Manual Plan: $19/month (monthly) or $12/month (annually)

  • AI Magic Plan: $39/month (monthly) or $24/month (annually)

  • AI Magic Max Plan: $79/month (monthly) or $48/month (annually)

  • Lifetime Access: One-time payment of $199

Opting for an annual payment allows you to save 40% compared to monthly payments.

4. Refund Policy

  • For annual plans and Lifetime Access: We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within this period.

  • For monthly plans: We operate on a no-refund policy.

5. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If you purchase a monthly plan.

  • If you fail to cancel your subscription before its renewal.

  • Claims of unused time on the platform.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • If it's been more than 14 days after the purchase of an annual subscription or Lifetime Access.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your bank, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

7. Service Access After Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your subscription, here's what you can expect regarding your challenges and account features:

  • Creation and Publishing: Post-cancellation, you will lose the ability to create and publish any new challenges.

  • Disabling and Unpublishing: All active challenges you have at the time of cancellation will be automatically disabled and unpublished. This ensures that no new participants can join or engage with these challenges.

  • Generation and Regeneration: The generation and regeneration buttons will become unavailable once your subscription is canceled.

  • Analytics and Data Files: Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the Analytics feature. This allows you to monitor the performance and engagement levels of your challenges. You will also have the capability to download data in .csv file format.

  • Viewing Challenges and Content: You can still view all your challenges and the content generated during your subscription period. This ensures you can revisit and track the progress of your past challenges.

8. Automatic Renewals

Users are responsible for canceling automatic renewals before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel in time.

9. Currency

All refunds will be processed in US Dollars.
