Protection against retries is designed to enhance the integrity and fairness of challenge completions by preventing repeated attempts from skewing results. Once a participant completes a challenge, this safeguard restricts them from retrying immediately or multiple times, ensuring that each result truly reflects their first, unassisted performance. This feature helps maintain the credibility of scores, rewards authentic achievements, and keeps the challenge experience consistent and fair for all participants.
Our protection is based on Fingerprint, User IP, and User-Agent data. When enabled, only unique completions will be sent to Analytics and integrations.
You can enable or disable this option for a specific challenge in the challenge settings under the Challenge Options tab.
