You can use Meiro to add built-in lead forms that collect necessary user data at different points during your challenge. This article provides a step-by-step guide on creating lead forms with Meiro.
Lead forms are useful for collecting various types of data, including name, email, country, contacts, and more.
Meiro offers the following types of fields for your lead forms:
Text field: for adding any text information you may need from users, such as secret words, feedback, and suggestions.
Number: for collecting data like users' age or any other numerical information
Link: for asking users to provide their social media profiles
Adding a Lead Form to Your Challenge
You have the option to add a lead form to any part of your challenge. Here's how you can do it:
Select the challenge you want to edit and click on it.
Click on 'Edit challenge' in the top right corner.
In the left sidebar, choose 'Challenge Blocks'.
Click on the plus (+) button in the top right corner.
Then, select 'Lead Form'.
Setting up Your Lead Form
Here, you can configure the desired fields and specify whether they should be required or optional.
→ To add fields, simply click on the plus button in the left sidebar.
→ To edit or delete a field, use the tools next to the added field. You can also make a field required, add placeholder text, or change the field name.
→ To enable or disable the cover, toggle the switch in the left sidebar.
→ You can also customize the Submit button and rename it according to your preference.
To do this, add a Privacy block and include a link to your file, making any necessary changes.
Placing your Lead Form
You can place your form anywhere in the quiz. Typically, it is placed before the results section to collect data before users receive the answers.
To change the placement, use the drag-and-drop feature by holding the element marked by the arrow in the screenshot.
Getting Lead Form Data
All completions, including filled lead forms, are stored in your Challenge Analytics.
To find this section, simply click on the Challenge for which you need to see stats.
